Doors are guaranteed against defective workmanship, warpage, delaminations, and excessive twist or warpage for a period of one year from the date of invoice if doors have received reasonable care.
It is up to Sunriver Industries to determine reasonable care. Improper finishing, abnormal heat, humidity, cold, dampness, etc. are all considered unreasonable care of the product and will not be warranted.
Credits or replacements will be subject to inspection by Sunriver Industries and are limited to door cost and shipping only. Our guarantee does not cover finishing, installation, removal, or labor of any kind.
No other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, apply.
Natural characteristics such as mineral streaks, burls, grain patterns, etc., will not be considered defects unless otherwise specified by Sunriver Industries.
A twist or warp of up to 3/16" shall not be considered a defect.
Door sizes have a tolerance of plus or minus 1/16".
Doors slated for overseas will not be guaranteed unless Sunriver Industries agrees to guarantee doors in writing, noting overseas shipment, prior to shipping.
If applicable, all doors over 24" wide must have a mullion to be covered by this warranty.
If applicable, all doors over 50" high must have a center rail to be covered by this warranty.
Sunriver Industries' mitered doors allow a .010" gap on the inside corner. This gap is designed for wood expansion and contraction and is not considered a defect. Sunriver Industries' mitered doors are not warranted
against joint separations that occur as a result of high humidity or moisture conditions. A painted finish is not recommended due to the wood's natural expansion and contraction.
SOLID SLAB DOORS are not covered by the above warranty. |
